Information we collect

Timely Services collects information you provide through our client inquiry, Survey Representative interest and Installer & Vendor Profile forms, including contact information, service and coverage needs, availability, equipment, experience, and contractor-readiness responses. Installer profiles also include business and employer details, crew capabilities, service markets, work history, rates, references, insurance and workers’ compensation coverage or waiver information. We ask about tax identification type but do not request SSN or EIN numbers in this questionnaire.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to service inquiries, assess geographic coverage, evaluate potential Survey Representatives, installers and vendors, support credentialing, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers and applicable clients when needed to evaluate or support field assignments, subject to appropriate business and legal requirements. We retain information only as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing office@timelyservices.us. Some information may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
